Master’s Degree / Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/English (Hons) / Graduate.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing and content creation, preferably in B2B and service-based industries. 
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation. 
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to detail. 
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures. 
• Excellent written skills in English. 
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development. 
• Understanding of testing languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Java) is a plus.
• Possess excellent Communication skills (written, verbal both formal & informal). 
• Helps to create a positive, collaborative working environment for the team. 
• Prior experience with SEO best practices, content management systems and “Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

• Research, write, edit, and proofread technical content, including whitepapers, case studies,  blog posts, website content, and marketing collateral. 
• Excellent IT service experience and understanding of technical concepts. 
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, and other stakeholders to develop accurate and engaging content that effectively communicates complex technical concepts. 
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems. 
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for producing high-quality content. 
• Ensure all content adheres to company guidelines, brand voice, and industry best practices. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to  
  enhance the quality and relevance of content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines. 
• Immediate availability to join and willingness to work from the office in Noida. 
• Candidates residing in Delhi/NCR are preferred.
